Step 1: Application Process

Complete our online application form, which includes a brief questionnaire and optional resume upload. We'll also ask you to record video responses to key questions, giving us insight into your personality and how you approach your work.

Step 2: Skills Assessment

After submitting your application, you'll receive a series of practical tasks that reflect common client requests. This is your chance to showcase your skills and demonstrate your ability to follow instructions.

Step 3: In-Depth Interview

If selected, you’ll participate in an in-depth interview with our CSC, who will evaluate your fit for the team and discuss how Moxie Virtual Solutions can support your career goals.

Step 4: Background Check

Once you’re offered a position, we’ll conduct a background check to ensure our clients receive the highest quality of service.

Step 5: Onboarding & Training

Congratulations! After successfully completing our onboarding course designed to equip you with the tools and knowledge necessary for success, you will await your match with a client. During this time, we’ll create a personalized Moxie VA Bio to introduce you to your new clients.
